Cancellation Policy
A 24 HOUR NOTICE must be given! For both rescheduling and cancellations, or you will be asked to pay for the FULL service missed. If you are over 10 minutes past your appointment time (unless discussed) you will be asked to reschedule and pay for HALF the service you have missed. If you are a “repeat offender” of missed services you will be asked to pay an UPFRONT NON-REFUNDABLE deposit towards your next appointment. All parties (princess/bridal/bachelorette) are required to make a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit BEFORE service and appointments are made. (1 month notice required)
